About Cake Box
Located in Northampton town centre, Cake Box is an eggless cake shop trading from 166 Kettering Road, NN1 4BE. As an egg-free cake shop, it caters for anyone avoiding eggs – a popular choice for birthday cakes ordered at short notice. It is one of 248 Cake Box locations we list across the UK.
Opening hours for this Cake Box branch are not in the sources we use. Chain branches usually keep regular high-street hours, but times vary by location, so check before a special trip. At its most recent food hygiene inspection on 10 October 2025, West Northamptonshire gave the business a rating of 5 out of 5 – the top score available.
The closest station, Northampton station, is 1.1 mi away, so most visitors arrive by car, bus or bike. 8 other bakeries sit within about ten minutes' walk, which makes Northampton Centre a good area to compare loaves and cakes. Practical notes: vegetarian options.
